End User License Agreement

You receive a limited license to use the software you are entitled to use.

Subject to this EULA, the Terms of Service, and the plan or entitlement shown at checkout, Stream Katcher grants you a limited, personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the software on devices that you control.

The license is for the software's intended purpose: detecting, inspecting, previewing, playing, organizing, and exporting media that your browser or account is authorized to access. It is not a transfer of ownership and does not grant rights in third-party media.

Do not copy, misuse, or defeat the software's boundaries.

You must not:

• copy, publish, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or make the software available to an unauthorized person;
• modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or remove notices from the software except where the law expressly permits it;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code, except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by law;
• bypass DRM, paywalls, authentication, rate limits, technical protections, or access controls;
• use the software to infringe copyright, privacy, contract, publicity, or other rights;
• use the software to transmit malware, unlawful material, or content that harms a device, network, provider, or person;
• manipulate plan checks, entitlement records, payment events, update channels, or usage limits;
• operate the software as an unauthorized commercial service or bulk-download platform; or
• interfere with the software's security, telemetry controls, update process, or normal operation.

The license does not make third-party content yours.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether you may access, save, play, export, transform, or share a media resource. Use the software only with media that you own, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to process.

Stream Katcher is designed for accessible browser media. It does not authorize access to media that requires credentials you do not have, does not decrypt protected content, and does not promise that a source will remain available or compatible.

Software behavior can depend on your browser and other providers.

The browser extension may request browser permissions needed to observe media requests, associate resources with a tab, show a Side Panel, store local data, start downloads, and process previews. The Privacy Policy explains those permissions and the related data handling.

Turbo Download may use local native processing and FFmpeg components to assemble or remux media. Google Drive, source websites, authentication, payment, storage, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with them.

Updates may be necessary for security and reliability.

Stream Katcher may provide updates, patches, configuration changes, or replacement builds. An update may add, remove, or change features, supported operating systems, supported formats, source compatibility, or plan requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible browser, operating system, network connection, storage space, and device. We do not promise that an older build will continue to work with a changed website, browser, source, or provider.

Your license follows the entitlement associated with your account or purchase.

Free, Pro, and Lifetime access may have different features and limits. Pro is recurring when the checkout identifies it as recurring. Lifetime is one-time when the checkout identifies it as one-time. The checkout and account entitlement determine which features are available.

Payment, cancellation, and refund questions are handled under the Terms of Service and Return Policy, together with Whop's process. A refunded, expired, revoked, or otherwise inactive entitlement may end access to paid software features.

Software use is subject to the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains local processing, browser permissions, account data, optional sync, Google Drive, Cloud export, payment metadata, retention, and deletion. By using the software, you acknowledge that the described processing is needed for the features you choose.

The software remains Stream Katcher's property.

Stream Katcher and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, website, branding, documentation, and improvements, except for rights expressly granted to you or owned by third parties.

You retain rights in material you submit or process. If you provide feedback, you allow Stream Katcher to use it to improve the software and service without restriction or payment, provided that private account content is not used as public marketing material without permission.

Verify important files and keep your own backups.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, compatible with every source or format, or able to create a complete or accurate export.

The software can interact with data from third-party sources. You should verify output files, permissions, metadata, and backups before relying on them. Nothing in this EULA removes a consumer, statutory, or other right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These limits apply only to the extent the law permits them.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Stream Katcher and its licensors, suppliers, and service providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the software, third-party content, lost data, source-site decisions, or inability to use the software.

You are responsible for your use of the software and for claims arising from your unlawful use, infringement, breach of this EULA, or violation of another person's rights. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

Stop using the software when your license ends.

You may end this EULA by uninstalling the software and stopping use. Stream Katcher may suspend or terminate the license if your entitlement ends, a payment is reversed, you materially breach this EULA or the Terms of Service, or suspension is reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.

When the license ends, uninstall the software and stop using paid features. Sections concerning ownership, media responsibility, privacy, disclaimers, liability, and accrued obligations survive where their nature requires.
