Terms of Service

These Terms are the agreement between you and Stream Katcher.

You may use Stream Katcher only if you can legally agree to these Terms under the laws that apply to you. If you use Stream Katcher for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

These Terms include the Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and EULA published on the Stream Katcher website. If a provision conflicts, the more specific provision applies to the relevant feature.

Stream Katcher helps you work with media your browser can access.

Stream Katcher detects, inspects, previews, plays, organizes, and exports accessible media resources from a browser tab. The extension is designed to work with progressive files, byte-range media, HLS, DASH, and related browser media workflows. Turbo Download can process segmented media locally on macOS when the relevant plan and installation are available.

You are responsible for the content you inspect, save, play, or export. Use Stream Katcher only with media that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to save. You must respect copyright, privacy, contract, access-control, and other laws, as well as the terms of the website or media provider where the content appears.

Stream Katcher does not grant you ownership of third-party media. It does not authorize you to bypass digital rights management, decrypt protected media, defeat access controls, or obtain content that your browser is not authorized to access.

Keep account information accurate and access secure.

Some features require a Stream Katcher account, including account-backed Library sync, entitlements, and certain billing workflows. Local capture and other local features may be available without signing in.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in links, sessions, and other account credentials secure. Tell us promptly through the Feedback page if you believe your account has been used without permission. Do not share another person's account or use an account to avoid a restriction.

We may rely on information from the authentication provider and payment provider to identify an account, apply an entitlement, process a cancellation, or correct a duplicate purchase.

Use the service lawfully and without harming other users or systems.

You must not:

• use Stream Katcher to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• bypass DRM, paywalls, authentication, technical protection, rate limits, or access controls;
• submit passwords, payment credentials, OAuth tokens, or unrelated sensitive information to Stream Katcher;
• upload malware, harmful code, unlawful material, or content that interferes with the service;
• probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the service except to the extent a restriction cannot legally apply;
• circumvent plan limits, duplicate entitlements, manipulate billing events, or use the service to provide an unauthorized commercial download service;
• resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or make the software available to people who are not covered by your entitlement; or
• use automated or abusive activity that degrades the extension, website, source website, payment provider, storage, or another user's experience.

Paid access is provided through the plan shown at checkout.

Stream Katcher may offer Free, Pro, and Lifetime plans. The features, limits, price, currency, taxes, billing interval, and availability shown at checkout control the purchase. Plans can change over time; a change does not retroactively alter a completed transaction unless required by law or expressly agreed.

Pro is a recurring subscription when the checkout identifies it as recurring. Lifetime is a one-time purchase when the checkout identifies it as one-time. A Lifetime purchase provides the entitlement described at checkout; it does not promise that every future feature, platform, provider, or compatibility target will always remain available.

Payment details are processed by Whop, the payment provider shown at checkout. Stream Katcher receives limited transaction and entitlement information needed to provide the purchased access, prevent duplicate billing, handle support, and process provider events.

Billing changes are handled with the payment provider and this site's Return Policy.

You can cancel a recurring subscription through Whop's available management controls or by asking for help through the Feedback page. Cancellation normally stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund a period that has already started. Access may continue until the end of the paid period, subject to Whop's process and applicable law.

Refunds and returns for digital access are described in the Return Policy. Whop may also provide a resolution or refund workflow. Do not initiate a payment dispute before giving Whop or Stream Katcher a reasonable opportunity to review a support or refund request, unless your law gives you a different right.

You keep your content; you give us only the permissions needed to operate the service.

You retain rights in media, metadata, previews, feedback, and other material that you provide or choose to process. You grant Stream Katcher a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, transmit, transform, display, and otherwise process that material only as needed to provide the feature you selected, maintain security, provide support, and operate the service.

You confirm that you have the rights needed for material you submit or direct Stream Katcher to process. You must not submit material that violates these Terms or another person's rights.

If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow Stream Katcher to use them to improve the service without restriction or payment, provided that we do not use your private account content as public marketing material without permission.

Stream Katcher and its branding remain protected by applicable law.

Stream Katcher, its software, website, design, logos, names, documentation, and improvements are owned by or licensed to the Stream Katcher team. These Terms and the EULA give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership or grant rights to copy, modify, distribute, or commercialize Stream Katcher except as expressly stated.

Third-party software and services may have their own licenses and terms. Those terms continue to apply to the relevant component or service.

Source websites and connected providers are outside our control.

Stream Katcher can interact with browser APIs, source websites, content delivery networks, Google Drive, payment providers, authentication providers, object storage, and other third-party services. Their availability, content, terms, privacy practices, and access decisions are controlled by those providers.

A source website may expire a URL, change a manifest, reject a request, restrict a format, or remove content. Stream Katcher does not promise that every accessible resource will remain accessible, playable, complete, downloadable, or compatible with every device.

The service evolves and may not be available at every moment.

We may add, remove, limit, suspend, or change features, providers, compatibility, plans, or delivery methods. We may release extension, Turbo Download, or website updates that are needed for security, reliability, or compatibility.

We may suspend or restrict use where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or our rights, including suspected abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, failed payment, or a material breach of these Terms. We will try to provide notice where practical.

Use the service at your own discretion and verify important exports.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Stream Katcher is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, a particular download speed, compatibility with every source or codec, or that an export will be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You should verify files, metadata, and permissions before relying on an export. You are responsible for backups of content stored locally, in Library sync, Google Drive, or another destination.

Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer, statutory, or other right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

The limits below apply only to the extent the law permits them.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Stream Katcher and the people and providers who help operate it are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, third-party content, source-site decisions, lost data, or unauthorized access.

You are responsible for your use of Stream Katcher and for claims arising from your unlawful use, infringement, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

You may stop using Stream Katcher at any time.

You may stop using the extension, uninstall it, disconnect optional services, delete local data, or request account-data deletion through the Feedback page. We may terminate or suspend access as described in these Terms.

When access ends, your license to use the software and paid features ends except where a mandatory right or a separately stated transition period applies. Provisions concerning ownership, user responsibility, disclaimers, liability, dispute terms, and accrued payment obligations survive termination.

The service operator is Nguyễn Hồng Đức. The operator's address for legal notices is 30A Hang Tre, Long Binh, Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam. These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Vietnam, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
